GDPR – Your Privacy and Rights.
ETSA are reviewing our process and procedures to ensure best compliance with the new GDPR* coming into effect on 25th May 2018. This post tells you what you need to do now to help us protect your privacy.
If you are subscribed to ETSA communications, your limited personal details are currently held within the ‘ETSA Newsletter Distribution Database’ (ENDD.
The ENDD is used for the sole purpose of sending you ETSA communications and contains only; your email address, ‘known as’ name and ETSA Member Organisation. This information is never shared with a third party or used for any other purpose.

- At any time, you may contact Wilkie firstname.lastname@example.org to ask for details of any personal data on you held by ETSA to be deleted, or to raise any query or complaint.
- ETSA’s principles for meeting the requirements of the GDPR will be published as the ‘ETSA GDPR Charter’ on the ETSA website before 25th May 2018
- All communications from ETSA will contain a hyperlink at the end which will allow you at any time easily to opt out of our mailing process.
